一切都很好，除了入住。 酒店堅持說房間沒有提前付款，要獲得使用權，我必須在前台付款 因此，我為同一預訂支付了兩次費用 我曾嘗試過 Premier Inns 投訴熱線，但最終無休止地徒勞無功，沒有任何幫助

Hotel very poor , had no air con in room 133 so was extremely hot all night during our 2 night stay , went down for a drink to be told by hotel staff to bear with us as we have only 2 people taking orders and delivering food for the whole restaurant , obviously putting profits before customer satisfaction , we will not be going back there again in the near future , very poor standards I’m my opinion

Lovely Premier Inn. We chose an upgraded room and were very happy with it. Great shower and the bathroom had some clever lighting. We got upgraded wifi which was helpful. Bed was comfy as you would expect at a Premier Inn and the service we received was fab.

Have stayed at this premier inn before. On this visit, the room although premier plus was not the best. Think we may have been spoilt on our previous visit. We stayed Sunday 16th February to 19th February 2025. No parking available on Tuesday 18th February. No where does it say on the blurb that it is first come first served. We were told in no uncertain terms we would have to park elsewhere! Do not advertise parking if it is not available. We now have to be up and moving by 8am Wednesday 19th to move our car. Have to say this has left a very sour taste and we will certainly consider ever staying here again due to the parking. The staff although not their fault were very matter of fact and being told if you book in at 8pm well that's it did not go down well. We had been out to dinner and needed to use the car and as advertised expected to be able to park on our return. Extremely disappointing and will certainly look elsewhere in the future.

Lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. We’d booked 2 night D B & B, both the breakfast and 2 course meal and a drink were great. Our room was fine, comfy bed, all okay. Must say, the 3 evening staff we saw, Owen who checked us in as well, Emily (Ebony??) the waitress, and another girl we didn’t get the name of were so lovely. It makes a normal stay feel special. The food was great too. 5/10 mins walk to the centre of Stratford. :-)

I was really impressed with this hotel. It seemed brighter and more welcoming than some Premier Inns I've stayed in. The bathroom was updated with a newish shower (a choice of ceiling shower head or normal wall-mounted shower) and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable as to be expected in a Premier Inn. Staff were friendly and helpful, including the cleaning lady. I had a room at the front so it faced the busy main road. I could hear the traffic but it didn't affect me being able to sleep at all. I would suggest you take ear plugs if that might be a problem. It's perfectly placed for a short walk into Stratford, or drive if you need to. I would definitely be happy to stay here again.
